
Aims:
- The Bridge Team Management (BTM) course is designed to ensure that participants acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage a bridge team in line with international standards. The course emphasizes safe navigation, effective communication,teamwork, and adherence to the principles set forth in the STCW Code and IMO Model Course 1.22.
- This course satisfies regulation I/12 of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers 1978, as amended 2010, and Section A-VIII/2, Section B-VIII/2 and Section A-II/2-6, of the STCW Code and requirements as per IMO Model Course 1.22
