
AIMS:
To equip engine room watchkeepers and team members with essential leadership, teamwork, and human factor management skills in accordance with the STCW 2010 Code, enabling them to perform efficiently and safely in a high-pressure maritime environment through enhanced communication, planning, and decision-making abilities.
OBJECTIVES:
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:
