BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT

The Behavioural Competencies Assessment Course, aligned with SIRE 2.0 requirements, is designed to enhance the safety and performance of maritime personnel by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools to assess, develop, and improve behavioural competencies.

AIMS:

• To provide a comprehensive understanding of behavioural competencies in the maritime context and their significance in enhancing safety and operational performance.
• To introduce participants to the competency framework under SIRE 2.0, emphasizing the role of behavioural assessments in industry-standard evaluations.
• To empower maritime personnel with the techniques and tools necessary for assessing and improving their behavioural competencies effectively.
• To foster a culture of continuous learning, self-reflection, and improvement within maritime operations.
