OBJECTIVES

1. Develop confidence and clarity in handling media inquiries and interviews.

2. Equip participants with strategies to navigate unexpected media ambushes and high-pressure scenarios.

3. Foster responsible use of social media aboard vessels to mitigate risks and uphold organisational standards.

4. Enhance skills in communicating compassionately and effectively with families during critical incidents.

5. Promote onboard wellness strategies to support crew resilience and mental health amidst media scrutiny.
