AIMS:

    • To develop leadership skills tailored for shipboard command roles.
    • To enhance the Master’s and Chief Engineers’ ability to lead diverse, multicultural crews effectively.

OBJECTIVES:

On completion of the course, participants will be able to:

    • Recognise and address stress, fatigue, and wellbeing challenges among crew members.
    • Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and psychological safety onboard.
